This one is from my archives (since there is obviously no snow here in September!). When I saw the prompt was stairs, this was the photo I immediately thought of. Not far from our house there is an amphitheater made of stone, which is a popular place for portraits. I think it looks especially pretty in the winter when the stairs are a bit more distinct from one another.
Yesterday I went on a walk with my son Jonah in search of some small items from nature to put in my apothecary jars. There is a tree near our house that drops acorns every year. The acorns are still green and have not fallen yet, but I plucked a few off the tree to show Jonah. I decided they would make a really cool macro shot.
Headed to soccer practice I noticed these beautiful clouds. I drove the van up the mountain to get a better shot.
Yep. For this prompt I took a picture of my iPad with an abstract picture on the screen. They are my favorite type of image to use as backgrounds for the iPad and our iMac.
Nothing beads a first-day of Kindergarten smile! I had to post another picture of Jonah on his first day, even though I already posted a nearly identical picture.
