Cracked
I love the cracked texture of old paint! There is an old abandoned house not far from where we live that I use often as a photo backdrop. It has the best paint color and texture around.
Fallen
Not far from our house is a large oak tree. Nearly all of the acorns have fallen to the ground, many of which have been crunched underfoot. Luckily I found this cute little guy to take a picture of.
Ordinary Color
Last Sunday we went on a drive up Squaw Peak in Provo Canyon. Fall is making an appearance in the mountains and it was SO beautiful! This may be the "ordinary color" of the canyon in the Fall, but I think you will agree with me that it is extraordinary!
Bokeh
While on a walk with my kiddos this morning I spotted some lovely purple alyssum. I took a couple of close-up shots of the tiny flowers and fell in love with the colorful bokeh in this picture.
Fence
While driving up Provo Canyon we spotted a photographer who was taking a picture of a cute couple sitting on this fence. I told my husband that we HAD to stop on the way back down the road so I could take a picture of the beautiful log fence. Maybe I will have to come back sometime to use this backdrop for portraits!
These are all beautiful! I think I like fallen best!
