Scavenger Hunt Sunday {3•11•12}

Sheesh! It was a busy week, and I feel like my photos reflect that. I guess I had something specific in mind for a few prompts and didn't quite get what I wanted. Hopefully next week will be better!

Water

I ran down to Utah Lake at sunset and caught some pictures of the color on the water just before the sun went down. It is so peaceful at the lake that time of day. I also love the reflection of the pink and blue mountains in the water behind the weeds in the second shot.

Light

I went to dinner at a friend's house one evening this week. She lives very high on the benches of the valley, so I took some pictures of the lights in the valley below. The funny thing is that I liked this picture the best, and it is one where I was just playing around to see what would happen.

Chocolate

We usually have peanut M&M's on hand at our house, as they are Honey Daddy's chocolate of choice. These are plain M&Ms, but I have to admit that my favorite kinds are almond M&M's and the coconut ones. Yummy!

Animal

This is a picture of some geese flying overhead at Utah Lake. I tried to get a picture of another animal this week, but did not really like any of the pictures I took of shaggy horses in brownish-yellow fields. I really wish it was spring already! I even took some pictures of our plastic animals, but I didn't like them either. So this one is what you get.

Crowded

I tend to avoid places that are crowded. I like my personal space, you know?! However I noticed this week that the truck box where my two sons keep all of their "wheelie" toys is definitely crowded!
