You Capture: Still Green

The other day I was taking pictures of the cute little mushrooms under my neighbor's tree. I especially liked this little guy surrounded by a sea of green grass.

And this cluster of mushrooms greeting the morning sun.

Speaking of green, I had to post a picture of our Fall tree. Every day as I drive Jonah home from Kindergarten we stop and take a picture of this tree.

I saw a fun idea about taking a picture of a tree in the fall every day at the same time so you can watch as it changes colors. Some of the trees nearby have started to change, but the tree we picked to watch... still GREEN!

I almost feel silly taking this same picture every day, but the tree will change color eventually right?

  1. Wow, that's a gorgeous tree. I can only imagine the colors when it turns.

  2. So, are you going to show us how the tree changes? You could do a mosaic or something... how cool!

Love the little mushroom shots. Reminds me of a "fairy" land. :)

  3. that is a cool idea about the tree. you should put them together as a stop motion picture so you can see it change over time in one spot. I would do it, but our trees don't change color

  4. I've said for years that I'm going to do that in the spring when the leaves are starting to come out on the trees but I never do it. I think taking pictures of the changing colors is a great idea!!

  5. What a view. Loving your mushrooms too. We have a couple that sprouted up in the grass- I was hoping they would look like yours- unfortunately they are not quite as interesting.
