Fourth of July Fun

I love the Fourth of July! It is so fun to celebrate all things America and take some time to remember those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

We had a fantastic Fourth of July weekend! The Honey House has been festive in red, white and blue for quite a while.


On the Fourth of July we all got dressed up in our red, white and blue. I thought Audrey was especially cute, don't you?


Earlier in the weekend we got to go to a Balloon Festival (which will have its own post shortly). There were so many colorful balloons, but one of our favorites was the American Flag Balloon.


And of course we got to see a fantastic fireworks show. Here are some of my favorite shots from last night.


The boys loved watching the fireworks. I was pleasantly surprised that little Audrey didn't seem to mind the fireworks at all. She seemed just as enthralled as everyone else.



The best part of the weekend was not the fireworks, although they are beautiful.


My favorite part of the weekend was spending time with my family. My parents and my in-laws visited over the weekend and we had a great time barbecuing, chatting, and spending time together.

I am so thankful for those that gave their lives so I can enjoy my family and my freedom.

    Your baby girl is an absolute doll! & the shots you have of the fireworks are so cool! I especially like the second to last shot here. It's a bit of perfection.

    Nothing surpasses time spent with family. Glad you had a lovely celebration.
