Hello Yellow!

By now you have probably figured out that I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Spring. I have been looking forward to warmer weather and playing outside for weeks... no, make that MONTHS.

Today was a bit windy, but our thermometer said we got up to 68 degrees or so. I was in heaven! We played outside in the sun and went for a walk... it was SO nice.

In my flower beds, someone else came out today to see the sun too.


Isn't yellow a happy color?

    Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, 68 degrees. I don't think I can be your friend. It was 10 degrees here. I want to see some yellow and green. All I can see is gray skies and white snow.... Very pretty little bud!

    I just saw some beautiful yellow crocuses peeking through my ground 2 days ago (and then we got a foot of snow! UGH!)
    beautiful to see signs of spring!

    Isn't it amazing how just a little pop of yellow can brighten your day? I felt the same way when our daffadils bloomed. Yeah, spring is here!

    I am ready for Spring too. We recently returned from a sunny vacation to snow. That is a hard transition!!! :-)

    I don't know where you live, but I would love to see little yellow flowers sticking out of the ground! I'm in upstate NY. It is SO cold here right now. This morning the windchill was below 0!
