At first he decided to help me with the shoveling. What a hard worker!
After "working" with me for a while, Jonah decided that it was time to take a break and have some fun. I decided to take a break too... camera in hand. Jonah had a fantastic time in the snow. He tromped around in it, he sat down in it, and he carried it around.
He helped me remember what it was like to be a kid and LOVE to play in the snow. Even when you are cold and soaking wet, it's still fun. Snow is really amazing stuff, you know!
It must have seemed like the world turned into an enormous sandbox for Jonah to play in! Unfortunately, snow doesn't work quite the same as sand.
All too soon I had to get back to work. Good thing Jonah got out the big equipment to lend a hand!

Sand toys make great snow toys, don't they! Can you send some snow my way? I didn't get as much as you did.

ReplyDeleteMy 5 year old and I were shoveling together yesterday for an hour. We have 2 feet of snow and ice to shovel through. It was awful, but he was AWESOME! I wanted to take pics to share with the bloggy world, but he was being modest and didn't' want it shared with everyone.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! Your boys are so cute.
ReplyDeleteHaha yep you need to have trucks out to fully enjoy any weather. :)
