Sparkly
I had a couple of ideas for this prompt, but I loved the way this picture turned out. I just dumped out a bottle of glitter and experimented with my camera a bit. Isn't it pretty?
Door
I should probably get a new wreath for my front door, since mine is getting a little bit old and worn out. However, this one has sentimental value. This is the wreath that was hanging on my parents door on the night of our wedding reception, which was ten years ago at the end of this month!
Decorate
This week my husband and I took our children to see the Christmas lights at Temple Square in Salt Lake City. We loved looking at all the beautiful lights, nativities, and other decorations.
Stripes
My favorite wrapping paper this year has red and white stripes, but I thought the candy canes were a bit more interesting to look at.
A Few of My Favorite Things
As I mentioned earlier this week, I FINALLY managed to get Jonah to let me tug on his extremely loose tooth and it came right out! As you can see, the new tooth was already trying to come in. His missing front tooth combined with the two teeth he had to have pulled have given him the cutest gap-toothed grin. It is one of my favorite things right now.
I also love this picture I snapped of my baby girl wearing her first ponytail this week. She is definitely one of my favorite things!
Beautiful images - love that glitter! And happy anniversary :O)
ReplyDeleteAwwwww, that group of 'favorite things'......priceless. And I would definitely keep the wreath if it has a sentimental value to it....if you want my opinion the colors are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteHope you can find time today to stop by and view my very 1st Scavenger Hunt.
the glitter photo is fantastic, I am in love. You have some pretty brilliant 'favourite things' too - awww a toothless grin and a 1st ponytail in the same post!!
