So what I did today?
*fed the boys breakfast
*folded a load of laundry
*ironed Honey Daddy's shirts
*cleaned up the kitchen
*made homemade spaghetti sauce (with tomatoes from our garden)
*canned 21 beautiful pints of homemade sauce
Don't these look yummy?
*took a picture of my sauce so I could blog about it!*ran to the grocery store and did a little shopping (alone!)
*made a steak dinner for Honey Daddy since he is leaving tomorrow to go to a conference in San Francisco for a week (*sigh)
*cleaned up the kitchen (again)
*cut Honey Daddy's hair
*gave the boys a bath and put them to bed

ReplyDeleteThat is sooooo cool! I've never "canned" my own sauce or tomatoes. It doesn't help that I only grow about 10 tomatoes per year :( But I do make big batches of sauce from costco crushed tomatoes and then freeze the sauce.
ReplyDeleteOh you rock, girl! I love that you canned all that. I have never canned anyrthing, and from your garden yet. Awesome!
