Noah's Corvette

This morning as I was getting dressed, Jonah was playing with a little red car in my bedroom. He rolled it over the heater vent, enjoying the bumpity-bump noise that it made.

Then he rolled it across the bench at the foot of our bed. He stopped the car and proceeded to open all the doors. Then in his high-pitched toddler voice he said:

"Come out children! Come out and see rainbow! Is sign of my love for you."

We have a Noah's Arc board book and I guess he listens more carefully than I thought.

Apparently Noah gave up the arc and decided to go with a little red sports car instead. Wonder where he put the elephants... in the trunk? (haha! I know, I'm SO lame.)

  1. It's so nice to know that they listen. I'm always surprised with Connie and it always make me smile, even better when it makes me laugh.

  4. Can I tell you a quick story about rainbows too? My daughter's are both really into them. We were shopping for new swimsuits and they both said they wanted ones with rainbows. A lady who is obviously of a different life style choice said I just love what rainbows represent don't you. My daughter all smiles said YES I love the promise that God gave us what a beautiful way of showing us. He heee showed her! Love that our children can see their love our heavenly father has for them in a visible sense!

Go check out my blog later today. I gave you an award!
